The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a newer and just a bit thinner device than Galaxy Note3, although it's also heavier. Both phones we are comparing come with Android OS, but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has older 13 version while Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2.
