Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is slightly better than the Galaxy S10 5G, having a 98.9 score against 93.6. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version and Galaxy S10 5G has Android 11 version, so it provides some additional features. Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is newer than Galaxy S10 5G, it is a bit thicker and a bit heavier.

Samsung Galaxy S10 5G and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra count with very similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels and a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit better pixels quantity per inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S10 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a better storage to install games and applications than Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra have really similar batteries performance.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing images and videos in low light situations, it also counts with a way larger camera sensor shooting much better quality photographs and videos, a lot more MP back facing camera and a way better 7680x4320 video resolution.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy S10 5G. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
