Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, with a 98.9 score against 95.4. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra construction is just a bit lighter and just a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, even though it was released a little bit more than a year before. Both of these phones have the same Android 13 OS (Operating System), so they should give you very similar operating system features.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1440 x 3088 resolution, the Galaxy S22 Ultra also counts with a little higher pixel number per inch in the display.
