Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than the Galaxy S23, getting a 98.9 score against 77.9. Both phones we are comparing here come with the same Android 13 OS (operating system). The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a better display than Galaxy S23, because it has a bit bigger display, a little better pixels count per inch of display and a better resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a way better performance than Galaxy S23, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM.
