Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is better than the Galaxy S25, with a general score of 98.9 against 82.6. Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version while Galaxy S25 has Android 14 version. Galaxy S25 features a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a much lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, a little bit smaller display and a just a bit lower amount of pixels per display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a superior storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S25, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a very superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S25, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S25, because it has a 13 percent larger battery size. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S25, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have a F1.8 camera aperture and the same video definition, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also counts with a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels and a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S25, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
