Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than Galaxy S4, getting a global score of 98.9 against 79. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, so it gives a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra construction is newer than Galaxy S4's, but it is a little bit thicker and much heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and they are faster). The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a much smaller screen, a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a little bit lower display pixels density.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a bigger aperture for better captures in low-light situations, a much larger back camera sensor, a much more MP camera in the back and a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a SD extension slot that admits up to 1000 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a superior battery performance than Galaxy S4, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S4. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S4, giving up some specs and features.
