Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a more recent 13 version while Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 version. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a way newer cellphone than Galaxy S6, although it is thicker and extremely heavier.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S6. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S6, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
