The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, having a 11.76 score against 9.34. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's body is much newer than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's, but it is extremely heavier and just a little thicker. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a little bit better performance than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 8 GB more RAM memory and 4 more cores. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit better screen than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1440 x 3088 and a bigger display.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 96 GB more internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has improved battery life than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a 20 percent lower battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light photography and video, it also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor shooting way better quality videos and photos, a way better resolution back facing camera and a lot better 7680x4320 video quality.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra costs a lot more money than Galaxy S7 edge, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
