Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy S8, getting a overall score of 98.9 against 81.7. Although the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is incredibly newer than the Samsung Galaxy S8, it is a little thicker and incredibly heavier. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM.

Galaxy S8 has just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixels number per screen inch. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra takes a lot better videos and photos than Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for shooting photos or videos in low-light environments, it also counts with a much higher 7680x4320 video definition, a lot better 108 megapixels resolution camera and a much larger sensor which offers a lot higher image and video quality.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has an external memory slot that supports up to 1000 GB and more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S8. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S8, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
