The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an overall score of 98.9, which is better than the Xperia 1's general score of 82.6. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's construction has the same thickness than Xperia 1, but it's heavier. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with just a bit better processing power than Sony Xperia 1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has 6 GB more RAM.
