Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than the Sony Xperia 10 III, with a 11.76 score against 9.98. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's construction is a bit thinner than the Sony Xperia 10 III, but it's somewhat heavier and was released only 10 months before. Both of these devices have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so they should count with identical OS features.
