Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than Xperia Z3, getting a score of 98.9 against 77.3. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's body is notably newer and a little thinner than Xperia Z3's, although it's also heavier. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has older 13 version while Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4 version.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features just a little better performance than Sony Xperia Z3, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more cpu cores and more RAM memory. The Xperia Z3 features a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a just a bit worse display pixel density, a lot smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 1920 x 1080.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has 96 GB more internal storage and an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a really longer battery duration than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much better camera than Xperia Z3, because it has a way higher 108 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera, a larger aperture, a way larger sensor capturing much better quality photos and a much higher 7680x4320 video definition.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Sony Xperia Z3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Sony Xperia Z3. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, else you can save some dollars and get the Sony Xperia Z3, giving up some features and specifications.
