The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a general score of 98.9, which is better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 4's 88.3 general score. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version and Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has Android 11. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's body is much thinner and just a little bit lighter than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, although they were released with only a couple of months difference.
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a quite lower screen density and a little bit smaller display. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 count with similar processors, and although the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much better camera than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a way larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a back camera with a lot better resolution and a much higher video resolution.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a superior memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1000 GB. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with a battery duration that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's battery lifetime.
Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Black Shark 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Black Shark 4. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Black Shark 4, giving up a couple specifications.
