Samsung Galaxy Note 20 features just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Nova 9. Both of them have 8 GB of RAM and 8 cores.
Galaxy Note 20 counts with a bit more vivid display than Huawei Nova 9, because it has a little bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution, a little bit bigger display and a quite better count of pixels in each display inch. The Huawei Nova 9 and Galaxy Note 20 have really similar storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both of them have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Huawei Nova 9's battery life is just as good as Samsung Galaxy Note 20's battery lifetime. The Huawei Nova 9 captures clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same video resolution, the Huawei Nova 9 also counts with higher 30 fps video frame rate and a lot more megapixels back-facing camera.
