The Galaxy Note 20 has a bit better CPU than Motorola One Hyper, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 20 also has more RAM. Motorola One Hyper features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola One Hyper also counts with higher video frame rate and a back camera with a much higher resolution.
