The Galaxy Note 20 is better than the Galaxy Note 4, having a 90.8 score against 81.6. Galaxy Note 20 is a just a bit heavier phone than the Galaxy Note 4, but both of them have the same thickness. The Galaxy Note 20 has a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy Note 4 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel count in each inch of screen and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440. Galaxy Note 20 features a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a back facing camera with way less mega-pixels, it also counts with a larger aperture, a lot bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way better 7680x4320 video quality.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 features superior battery life than Galaxy Note 4, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 20, else you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, giving up a couple features and specs.
