The Galaxy Note 20 has an overall score of 90.8, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5's overall score of 79.3. The Galaxy Note 20 design is extremely newer, but heavier and a little bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The Galaxy Note 20 features a better performing CPU than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a higher number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and more pixels per display inch. The Galaxy Note 20 counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a back camera with a way lower 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a way better video quality, a bigger camera aperture to capture better photography and videos in low light environments and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor.

Galaxy Note 20 counts with much more memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 128 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 counts with a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Note 5. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 20, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy Note 5, resigning a couple features and specs.
