The Galaxy Note 20 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S23, getting a 90.8 score against 77.9. The Galaxy Note 20 counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy S23, because although it has a bit worse pixels amount in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite larger display.
Samsung Galaxy S23 has as much memory capacity to store more apps and games as the Galaxy Note 20 one, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage. Galaxy Note 20 has a much better hardware performance than Galaxy S23. Both have 8 cpu cores and a 8 GB RAM memory. The Galaxy Note 20 has a bit better camera than Galaxy S23, although it has a back-facing camera with much less MP and a tinier back-facing camera sensor which offers a worse image and video quality, they both have a same size diafragm aperture.
