Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 80.7, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite's score of 79.5. Both phones in this comparison have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the previous 5.0 version while Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10 version. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is an older phone than the Huawei P40 Lite, but Samsung managed to make it just a bit thinner and a bit lighter.
The Huawei P40 Lite features a bit faster processor than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, and they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with more RAM memory. Galaxy Note 3 features a little sharper display than Huawei P40 Lite, although it has a little smaller display, a little lower display density and a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Huawei P40 Lite has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a bigger camera aperture to take better photography and videos in low-light situations, a lot larger sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures and a way better 48 mega pixels resolution camera in the back.
The Huawei P40 Lite counts with just a bit more storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory. Huawei P40 Lite has better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 costs a bit more than Huawei P40 Lite, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
