Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 81.1, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S4's general score of 78.3. Both devices we compare here include the same Android 5.0 OS (Operating System). Even being the best phone we are comparing, Samsung Galaxy Note 3's body is just a bit thicker and way heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S4.
Galaxy S4 features a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Galaxy S4 also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch. The Galaxy Note 3 counts with a little better performance than Galaxy S4, because although it has 4 less cores , it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a greater amount of RAM.
Galaxy Note 3 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy S4, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the same diafragm aperture and the same sensor size, the Galaxy Note 3 also has a much better (4K) video quality. Samsung Galaxy S4 has as much storage for applications, games, photos and videos as Galaxy Note 3, both have a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 64 GB and equal internal memory capacity.
Galaxy Note 3 counts with superior battery performance than Galaxy S4, because it has a 23 percent bigger battery size.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Galaxy Note 3 is also cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy S4.
