The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a score of 82.9, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Note 3's score of 81.2. Huawei Mate 20 Pro's construction is way newer, but somewhat heavier and a little thicker than Galaxy Note 3. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with 3 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores.

Galaxy Note 3 has a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has a lot lower pixels number per inch of display, a quite smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a bit bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, else you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, letting go some features and specs.
