The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is just a bit better than the Motorola Edge (2024), with a overall score of 81.2 against 78.5. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a way older and just a bit thicker phone than the Motorola Edge (2024), but Samsung was able to build it a little lighter anyway. These phones include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has older 5.0 version and Motorola Edge (2024) has Android 14.

The Motorola Edge (2024) has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a bit greater pixels number in each display inch, a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bigger screen. Galaxy Note 3 counts with a way better hardware performance than Motorola Edge (2024), because although it has 4 lesser CPU cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra GPU.

Motorola Edge (2024) has a very superior storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Motorola Edge (2024) has a very superior battery duration than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.

The Motorola Edge (2024) captures slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge (2024) also has a back-facing camera with a much better resolution, a lot bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a larger aperture.

In addition to being the best phone in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is also a bargain compared to the other phones.
