Motorola razr (2020) is a little bit better than the Galaxy Note 3, getting an 87 score against 81.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola razr (2020) has a newer 11 version and Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0. Although the Motorola razr (2020) is somewhat heavier than the Galaxy Note 3, it's a bit thinner and also a lot newer.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a better looking display than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little better pixels number in each display inch and a little higher 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Motorola razr (2020) features a very superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Note 3 has just a bit better battery life than Motorola razr (2020), because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity.

The Motorola razr (2020) shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a much larger aperture, a much higher resolution camera in the back and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a way better image quality.

Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
