Samsung Galaxy A42 has a score of 87, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Note 3's overall score of 81.2. These devices work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A42 has a more recent 11 version and Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0 version, so it counts with some additional features and enhanced performance. Samsung Galaxy A42's design is notably newer, but heavier and a little thicker than the Galaxy Note 3.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a lot better looking display than Galaxy A42, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel quantity in each display inch and a better 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
