Galaxy A9 (2018) is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, getting a global score of 85.2 against 81.2. The Galaxy A9 (2018) design is noticeably newer and just a little thinner, but also a bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Galaxy A9 (2018)'s CPU is very similar to Samsung Galaxy Note 3's processing unit, because although the Galaxy A9 (2018) has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 4 more cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy Note 3 features a more vivid display than Galaxy A9 (2018), although it has a just a bit lower quantity of pixels per inch of screen, a little smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px. The Galaxy A9 (2018) has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB more internal memory capacity.
Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) features longer battery duration than Galaxy Note 3, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity instead of 3200mAh. The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) features a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) also has a bigger sensor taking higher quality videos and photographs, a lot larger diafragm aperture and a back-facing camera with a way better resolution.
