Comparison review
Galaxy M40 has a general score of 85, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Note 3's 81.2 global score. The Galaxy M40 design has the same weight than the Galaxy Note 3, but it is a little thinner. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M40 has a newer 10 version while Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy M40, because although it has a lower number of cores and less RAM, it also counts with a graphics processor. The Galaxy Note 3 has a bit better screen than Galaxy M40, although it has a little bit lower pixel density, a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a little smaller screen.
Galaxy M40 has a very superior memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory. Galaxy M40 features a little longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 9 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Galaxy M40 has a better camera than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy M40 also has a larger back camera sensor which offers a better image and video quality, a camera with a much better 32 mega pixels resolution and a much bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photography and video.
