Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a score of 98.9, which is way better than the Galaxy Note 3's general score of 81.2. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra construction is noticeably newer and just a little bit thinner than Galaxy Note 3's, although it's somewhat heavier. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version while Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0, so it gives you some extra features and enhanced performance.

Galaxy Note 3 has a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a little smaller display, a little bit worse pixel quantity per display inch and a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit faster processor than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 9 GB more RAM and more cores.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a much larger back-facing camera sensor, a lot better resolution camera, a way better video definition and a larger aperture. Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
