Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a score of 98.9, which is way better than the Galaxy Note 3's general score of 81.2. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra construction is noticeably newer and just a little bit thinner than Galaxy Note 3's, although it's somewhat heavier. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version while Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0, so it gives you some extra features and enhanced performance.
Galaxy Note 3 has a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a little smaller display, a little bit worse pixel quantity per display inch and a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit faster processor than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 9 GB more RAM and more cores.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a much larger back-facing camera sensor, a lot better resolution camera, a way better video definition and a larger aperture. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a very superior storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has 128 GB internal storage and an external SD slot that holds up to 1000 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 41% bigger battery size.
Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
