Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 3 has a general score of 81.2, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5's global score of 79.3. Although Galaxy Note 3 is older and a little bit thicker than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, it's body is still just a little lighter. These phones have Android OS, but Galaxy Note 3 has the older 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1.

The Galaxy Note 3 features a little faster CPU than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with 3 more cpu cores and an additional graphics processing unit. Galaxy Note 5 has a bit sharper display than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy Note 5 also has a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better screen pixel density.

The Galaxy Note 3 features much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Note 3 also has an external SD slot that admits up to 64 GB. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a bit better camera than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also has a bigger aperture for better images and video in low light environments, a more mega pixels back facing camera and a bigger camera sensor.
