The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than the Galaxy Note 3's overall score of 81.2. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is notably newer, but a lot heavier and a bit thicker than Galaxy Note 3. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a newer 13 version and Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0, giving some extra features and better performance.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Note 3. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Note 3, resigning a couple specs and features.
