Comparison review

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than the Galaxy Note 3's overall score of 81.2. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is notably newer, but a lot heavier and a bit thicker than Galaxy Note 3. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a newer 13 version and Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0, giving some extra features and better performance.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a slightly better screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a quite smaller screen, a quite worse count of pixels per inch in the screen and a much lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1000 GB and more internal storage.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and also faster) and 9 GB more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots greater photographs and videos than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures and video in low-light environments, a lot more mega-pixels back camera, a much bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much higher video resolution.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Note 3. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Note 3, resigning a couple specs and features.
