Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 98.1, which is way better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3's global score of 81.2. Galaxy S21 Ultra is a noticeably newer cellphone than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, although it's just a bit thicker and much heavier. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy S21 Ultra has the newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0, counting with some additional features and enhanced performance.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a little faster CPU than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a bigger screen, a way higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a greater screen pixels density.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a lot better camera than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a much higher 108 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, a larger aperture, a much larger sensor and a way better 7680x4320 video resolution.
