The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a score of 90.7, which is much better than the Galaxy Note 3's general score of 81.2. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a newer 14 version while Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0 version. Galaxy S25 Ultra's construction is noticeably lighter and noticeably thinner than Galaxy Note 3.
