Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is slightly better than the Galaxy S7, with an 81.2 score against 79.5. Despite being the best in this review, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a notably older, just a little heavier and just a little bit thicker cellphone than the Galaxy S7. Galaxy S7 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a little better processing power than Galaxy S7, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also counts with an extra GPU. The Galaxy Note 3 has a quite bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S7, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 64 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 features a bit better camera than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a back-facing camera with a worse resolution and a worse (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a bigger camera sensor providing a higher image quality and a lot bigger aperture. Galaxy Note 3 counts with a little better battery life than Galaxy S7, because it has a 7% greater battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy S7. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S7, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
