Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, with a 94.6 score against 81.2. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 construction is newer and thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note 3's, but it is also incredibly heavier. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a more recent 11 version while Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0 version.

Galaxy Note 3 has a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a way smaller screen and a much lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a little bit better display density. Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy Note 3. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, giving up some features and specs.
