Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 81.2, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's overall score of 75.8. Galaxy Note 3's construction is a little lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it's a little thicker and was released many years before. These phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 3 has older 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Galaxy Note 3 counts with a sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it has a just a little worse pixel density, a bit smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a bit more powerful processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro counts with a slightly bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro counts with superior battery duration than Galaxy Note 3, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh.
Galaxy Note 3 takes a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same aperture, the Galaxy Note 3 also has a much higher video quality and a better resolution back-facing camera.
