HTC U Ultra's body is notably newer and just a bit thinner, but also a little heavier than the Galaxy Note 3 Neo. The HTC U Ultra counts with a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo, because it has much more pixels per inch of screen, a much better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a quite larger screen.
