Comparison review

The Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note 3's score of 81.2. Galaxy S6 Edge is a newer phone, and it's also somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter than the Galaxy Note 3. Both of these phones have the same Android 5.0 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that.

Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy S6 Edge also has a faster 650 megahertz graphics co-processor, 4 more CPU cores (although they are slower) and a 64 bits CPU. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440px resolution and more pixels per inch in the display.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a bit more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, a camera with less mega-pixels resolution, a worse (4K) video definition and a smaller back-facing camera sensor which offers a lower photo and video quality.

The Galaxy Note 3 has greater battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.

The Galaxy S6 Edge costs a little more than Galaxy Note 3, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
