Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a global score of 87.1, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3's global score of 81.1. The LG Velvet body is a lot newer and just a little thinner, but also a bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. LG Velvet features a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more processing cores and 3 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a little more vivid screen than LG Velvet, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a little worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a little lower pixels density. LG Velvet counts with a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video resolution, the LG Velvet also has a bigger camera aperture, a camera in the back with a way higher 48 MP resolution and a lot larger sensor capturing much better quality videos and pictures.
LG Velvet features much more storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The LG Velvet features greater battery life than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 4300mAh battery size.
LG Velvet costs a bit more money than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
