The HTC U11 captures a lot better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note, because it has a lot better video resolution, a much larger diafragm aperture and a back facing camera with much more megapixels. The HTC U11 has better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2500mAh.
HTC U11 costs a bit more money than the Samsung Galaxy Note, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
