Galaxy S6 is a incredibly newer phone, and it's also incredibly lighter and incredibly thinner than the Galaxy Note. These devices use Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 has newer 5.0 version and Galaxy Note has Android 4.1.2 version, giving a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations.

Galaxy S6 has a faster CPU than Galaxy Note, because although it has a slower GPU running at 650 MHz, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM, a 64-bit processor and a larger number of cores.
