The Samsung Galaxy S10 is a bit better than the Galaxy Note 4, with an 88.3 score against 81.6. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S10 has a newer 11 version and Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version. The Samsung Galaxy S10 is a notably newer cellphone, and it is also just a bit thinner and lighter than the Galaxy Note 4.

Galaxy Note 4 has a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy S10, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a bit worse 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little bit less pixels per inch in the screen.
