Comparison review

The Apple iPhone 8 Plus has a score of 87.1, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note 4's 81.6 score. The Apple iPhone 8 Plus body is noticeably newer and just a little bit thinner than Galaxy Note 4's, but it is heavier. Galaxy Note 4 features a sharper display than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a better resolution of 2560 x 1440, a higher pixel density and a bit bigger screen.

The Apple iPhone 8 Plus counts with much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage. Apple iPhone 8 Plus features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have the same RAM amount, the Apple iPhone 8 Plus also counts with more processing cores and a 64-bit processing unit.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with longer battery performance than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has 3220mAh of battery capacity against 2691mAh. The iPhone 8 Plus takes slightly better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor giving a worse image quality, a way lower resolution back-facing camera and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture for better low-light images and videos.

Although iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note 4. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the iPhone 8 Plus, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Note 4, giving up a couple features and specifications.
