The Apple iPhone XS has an overall score of 84.2, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note 4's general score of 81.6. Apple iPhone XS's construction is much newer and a bit thinner than Galaxy Note 4's, but it's also just a little bit heavier. The Galaxy Note 4 features a little more vivid display than Apple iPhone XS, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the screen and a slightly better 2560 x 1440 resolution.
IPhone XS counts with a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM, a 64 bits processor and 2 more cpu cores. The Apple iPhone XS shoots clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a lower video resolution and a back camera with much less mega pixels, it also counts with a larger camera sensor providing a better image quality and a larger aperture to take better low light photos.
Galaxy Note 4 features a slightly bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Apple iPhone XS, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds up to 128 GB. Galaxy Note 4 has better battery lifetime than Apple iPhone XS, because it has a 3220mAh battery size.
Although iPhone XS is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Note 4. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone XS, else you can save some money and get the Galaxy Note 4, letting go a couple features and specifications.
