These phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 4 has 5.0 version and Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has Android 9.0 Pie. Galaxy Note 4's body has the same thickness than the Huawei P20 Lite (2019), but it's just a bit lighter.
