Samsung Galaxy Note 4's body is a bit lighter than Huawei P20 Pro, although it is a little bit thicker and was released 4 years before. These phones work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has the older 5.0 version while Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10 version.
