Huawei P40 Pro is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, with an 88.2 score against 81.6. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P40 Pro has the newer 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version, giving you some extra features and optimized performance. The Huawei P40 Pro body is a lot newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's, but it's somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker.
The Galaxy Note 4 has a more vivid display than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display and a bit higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The Huawei P40 Pro features a little better processing power than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with 5 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores.
The Huawei P40 Pro captures way better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a bigger aperture to take better low-light captures, a lot bigger sensor capturing way higher quality pictures and videos, better 60 fps video frame rate and a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.
Huawei P40 Pro has a superior memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Huawei P40 Pro has longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 4200mAh battery size instead of 3220mAh.
