Both phones in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but LG G8 ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0, providing some extra features and enhanced performance.

The Galaxy Note 4 has a slightly better screen than LG G8 ThinQ, although it has a little bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a little smaller screen and a little bit lower pixel density. The LG G8 ThinQ features a bit better processing power than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and also faster) and a higher amount of RAM memory.

The LG G8 ThinQ features a superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 4, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The LG G8 ThinQ has just a little better battery life than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.

The LG G8 ThinQ counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a lower video resolution and a camera with a much worse resolution, and they both have a 0.38 inches sensor, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a way bigger diafragm aperture.

Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, the LG G8 ThinQ is also a bargain compared to the other phones, making this phone an obvious call.
