Galaxy Note 4 is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G9 Plus, having a score of 81.6 against 80.5. The Galaxy Note 4 construction is notably lighter and thinner than the Motorola Moto G9 Plus, despite of the fact that it was released 6 years before. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 4 has the older 5.0 version and Motorola Moto G9 Plus has Android 10 version.

Galaxy Note 4 counts with a bit better processing unit than Moto G9 Plus, because although it has 4 less CPU cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor.
