Motorola razr (2020) shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a way bigger diafragm aperture to capture better photos in low light situations, a much better 48 mega-pixels resolution camera and a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.

So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Motorola razr (2020), else you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, resigning some specs and features.
