Galaxy Note 4 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), getting a global score of 81.6 against 75.8. Galaxy Note 4's body is a bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), although it's a little thicker and was released many years before. Galaxy Note 4 has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A7 (2017), because although it has 4 lesser CPU cores (but faster), and they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
