Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a global score of 98.9, which is way better than the Galaxy Note 4's general score of 81.6. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version while Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0, offering some extra features and performance enhancements. Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy Note 4. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, giving up a couple specs and features.
