Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a global score of 98.9, which is way better than the Galaxy Note 4's general score of 81.6. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version while Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0, offering some extra features and performance enhancements. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's construction is extremely newer and a little thinner than Galaxy Note 4's, although it is also somewhat heavier.
The Galaxy Note 4 has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a bit smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440, it also counts with a just a little better screen pixel density. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 4, because it has an external memory slot that supports up to 1000 GB and more internal storage capacity.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and more cpu cores. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a very superior camera than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a larger aperture, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot higher quality photographs, a lot higher 108 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a lot higher video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much better battery duration than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 3220mAh.
Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy Note 4. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, giving up a couple specs and features.
